Supporting Your Journey — One Session, One Story at a Time.

Welcome to a therapy practice dedicated to helping individuals grow, heal, and connect—whether one-on-one or through the power of collaborative game therapy.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, working through past trauma, or searching for connection and meaning, know that you’re welcome here. I specialize in working with deep-thinking individuals—including self-described nerds, gamers, and neurodivergent folks—who may feel overwhelmed by life’s complexities.

To support your journey, I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with narrative and person-centered methods. As a result, our work together focuses on helping you discover your brain’s incredible capacity for change. Through our sessions, you’ll learn to regain control of your thoughts and feelings.

Therapy Services Offered

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential, supportive space where we work together on your specific goals. Sessions are collaborative and structured, focusing on reducing distress, building practical coping skills, and supporting your day-to-day functioning.

Therapy Game Groups

A collaborative space where up to six people come together to play tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons. Through storytelling and character roleplay, participants use these shared experiences as tools for self-reflection and emotional growth. With my therapeutic guidance, you’ll explore your thoughts and feelings, build coping skills, and connect with others on a shared journey toward wellness.

Whether you’re looking for personal support or want to grow in community with others, you’re welcome here.
